Coaching mode : Allow player to spectate in real time if they spectate ONE team from the start.
How to do that simply
On any mode, just allow more than 5 players by team. But the suplementary player(s) have no champion or summoner spell. They are just here to spectate on one team side. No cheating problem, since the "spectating" players are technically part of the game, with the same restriction as "playing" players. They cannot leave or play another game until this one is finished, and they share vision with only one team.
** Why it would be interresting. **
- Have a strategist in the game that only focus on global strat.
- Gives a way for good player to coach their newbies friends without having to smurf and ruin the game for others
A few tweak can be made :
- Only for premade : you cannot join a random game as coach.
- Could be only possible in team builder mode (It's probably easier to implement, since it already assign specific role to players before the game start.)
- Coach MMR could be ignored during matchmaking. This would allow Good players to coach their friends without unbalancing the matchmaking.
- Coach does not win IP
