How is Azir on Dominion?

I personally really like Dominion and feel as though it has gone neglected by Riot for far too long. I also like the birdman, so I'm wondering if there are any Dominion players who know if he functions well in Dominion.

Isn't there a bug with Azir that allows him to escape spawn before the game starts and early cap towers?

If I remember right he can W-Q-E out of spawn if you aim over the wall.

PROS: Poke without being in range of tower Mobility

CONS: Useless passive Late game champ in a early game oriented game mode.

He was kind of broke before his nerfs. Not so sure now... but he's probably still a decent bot if you know how to play him.
