Why League of Legends has terrible lore

If this doesn't explain it, then nothing will. Remember that Shurima event happened AFTER the Frejlord event so you would think that they would get lore sections that are of similar quality. Multiple Shadow Isles champions also have lore sections that are of similar length to Shurima champions.

I'm surprised you left out the fact that even earlier champions got judgements (effectively a chapter 2 on their lore for those who do not know) and he Journal of Justice existed.

He use to be a prodigy who got sucked into all this unwillingly. It make him stand out since he didn't want to be a part of the league. Now he's just some guy with an amulet.

I think the things I like most about the "text problem" excuse are the following:

A) They were able to edit champions lore for Freljord, so why not Shurima? B) They were able to DELETE everyone's lore for Shurima. Then, client magically only lets them put 150 characters in now. C) They honestly think that we believe them when they say it's a huge technical problem.

We all know Riot's bullshit. They just don't want to pay someone to write new lore/a snippet or lore every week for us to read.

I'm seriously starting to doubt the existence of any lore tim at Riot. By now, a single half-competent writer would be able to write a fucking novel, let alone a team of people writing a few paragraphs.

Oh, and Singed lore i 2.5 years late. And I bet it will be 'Singed is a immoral scientist who uses chemicals.' once it comes out in 2035.

lets face it, the lore team probably just sits on their asses all day and just has the animation team make something from a couple of lines on a napkin

At this point, I'm starting to think lore has just been forgotten by Riot. We don't even hear anything from the lore team and the only rioters who talk about lore on the boards aren't even responsible for it. I'd be more inclined to read fanfiction and call it canon if it was good enough. (and there are some good ones out there that could fit perfectly)

I remember Nasus Lore, he was one of the first champions i got. I was 3 fucking paragraphs! Why did they gut him!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I'm assuming thats what happened to all the others.
