Personally I believe the best moment I had was in Ascension when I was playing Zilean and the ascended was my friend playing his Heimerdonger, so many close calls and he never died all game lol. I almost fell off my chair.
Or when I went full movespeed singed in URF and stole dragon 1 v 4 with like 800ms at least and busted out lmao
Super ahead team spamming laugh and EZ in chat the entire game. Then I sneak an inhib, later on they are pushing our base murdering my teammates and saying GG EZ in chat. They don't pay attention to the super minions in their base, I TP in as Nasus and kill their Nexus. And then of course they all left instantly in the postgame. Stuff like that is very satisfying.
I actually had a similar game just yesterday. The other team had a super fed sated Yi who would say "EZ" in chat everytime he killed someone with very balanced true damage thanks to Sated Dev. I was able to TP into their base and get the nexus down to like one hit from winning but they killed me. A little later on though our LB walked into their base and finished it off.
Best moments were with old Mordekaiser and old Sion funnily enough. Now when I started playing League I didn't play ranked at all, saw no point to it. So I didn't start playing ranked until I have 2.5 k normal games played. This was before I realized what MMR was so it turned out I was already playing against Plat and Diamond players and didn't even realize it. So, after a while on a whim, I go into ranked with my main, Mordekaiser. The game was cruise control easy because I was in bronze elo with Plat/Diamond level mechanics, hell I remember people asking me if this was a smurf or if I was elo boosting, I wasn't, just had so much prior experience. Anyway, I was like 14/0/XX or something stupid like that, me and my ally Graves were going down mid, doing the whole playing stupid because no way we could lose thing. Suddenly, we get jumped by all five and Graves dies immediately, at this point I have like 3 to 5 levels on everyone, and I couldn't run, so my mindset was "meph, might as well take the ADC Ashe with me." because I thought I was gonna die. I E ulti her and she dies immediately, then with my shield, my ADC ghost, and my abilities, I get a 1 vs 5 pentakill.
The other one with Sion was me getting an unofficial penta kill, was playing with friends, AD Sion, you know that champion that was dumb as all fucking shit if he could get to end game and actually touch people, I ended up cleaning up four, saw twitch mid lane and ghosted after him for the unofficial penta.
The best moment I've ever had was the first time I played Jinx.
I'd had a really shitty levels 1-5, I just kept going like 0/10 in bot games. I hated League, didn't understand it at all, and I couldn't get why anyone played.
But then, on my last game before level 6, I tried Jinx.

I got my first kill that game. Even though I still did awfully, I felt a bit of "Hey, maybe if I keep going, this won't be so bad".
I'll never forget it.
Tried jungle Soraka once in pvp... only to be up against Rek'Sai (before she was nerfed to hell), Fizz, and Nidalee on the same team.
And I won, ended up 3/2/14. A friend who had made a gentleman's bet with me over it willingly ate his words afterwords.
First Penta was with old Morde years ago on SR. One for all where we got blitz and chain pulled eachother
Picked Ahri top with TP in a blind pick game. Team wanted to report me. I built rod of ages + frozen heart + ninja tabis (enemy team was full ad). All lanes lose except for top where it's just a farm lane. In the midgame, I start roaming and I do so much damage while being so tanky. In the lategame, a big fight happens and I get a quadra. I take inhib and ward their base. Enemies respawn and try to rush baron, I backdoor the nexus with TP for a win. 4 honors from my team.
In One For All in ARAM, I told my team to vote Karthus and boy, it was super hilarious when everybody ulted at the exact same time.
And in that same match, I got a pentakill off it because I used my Requiem when the all the enemy karthus' hourglassed it so I cleaned it up in one shot.
playing ap rammus in aram the q has an extremely high ap scaling so i would land my mark activate q then activate the mark to fly into the grouped up 5 members of the enemy team got me a nice pentakill
I picked Yasuo in my second game of ascension. I ascended, and didn't die for the rest of the game. I got three pentakills. I went 27-2 that game.
