Can't we get some sort of roles in aram in the future and have it less win or lose from champion selection alone, because it's really not fun when you have an 80% chance of losing just because the other team got godlike champions from the start. Sure it wouldn't matter if this was a game where you can leave or join at any moment but it's really a waste of 20+ minutes if you get screwed with a garbage team selection.

There are ways you can have the random chaos but without making it slot machines that gamble your time.

really show some innovation for once in your carrier guys... this is kinda sad and i know ill get many down votes because people hate change and dislike actual good ideas but that's fine.

just need allow all champions to be played in it.

as people use alt accounts and only own top tier champs to specifically get strong champ the majority of the time.

or a button that if entire team agrees re-rolls all champs(1 time use) without using anyones re-roll charges.

i know pain you talk about when matches are decided at loading screen before the match starts.

Although I believe in partial optimism for ARAM games no matter the champion select, I do think changing the way surrendering works on it would help. Maybe change the surrender from 4/1 to 3/2, just for ARAM.
