Would advice the person to check the expiration date of whatever he drank, it probably was tainted! Like the poke wasn't enough to dodge in a "tight" place, now we have snow balls flying all the time. Can't even make the nice plays when you get a chance because someone will hit one of these balls on you and you are dead. Remove this crap or allow it only on melee champions with no gap closers/dash. Please!!!
Someone who never played ARAM or at the very least wasn't good at it. None of the champs it "fixed" were bad to begin with.

That statement makes it clear that Aram was/is a part time game for you, but to a lot of us it's the only game we play..We learn the dynamics of it, The truth is tanks where never weak in Aram. you just had to play slow and work wit your team and build right..If you where up against a Yi/garen/sion/alister/ anyone of those it doesn't matter how many ADC's you had, if you didn't end the game in 16mins GG no res..

some retard in the back of the room thought it would be great to put them in the game. Now certain champs are COMPLETELY unbalanced in aram because they get WAYYY too much power by using those things. The damage is no issue but like said below the spam is a huge issue.
Give it like a 60 sec c/d and make it static so there isn't a stupid cooldown reduction when using it.
Riot can't seem to grasp the idea of BALANCING champions. Instead they make more champions, spells, and items quickly without any thought.
The patch tweaked the Mark/Dash spell - but not enough I would say.

I won't claim to know for sure if its balanced but I personally have no problem with mark. I only play aram
its to help give new opportunity to low mobility champions and to put yourself into range. its a spell not used on all champions. just today i got brand in ARAM, did i take mark/dash? HELL NO. use people who take it and take advantage of this useless spell.
It should have a 30 second cd but other than that its fine. Melee champions dont just sit around getting poked to death anymore, now they teleport into to get you your kills.
as long as the damage changes it should be fine. I am waiting to see if its permanent. If so, i will buy a bunch of new champs
