Can someone explain what determines how much LP you gain/lose in ranked?
Like how does your MMR factor into that and does your gain/loss change if you duo with someone above or below you in rank?

You win and lose LP based on your MMR. If your MMR is below the league average, the one you are in, you lose more and win less.
If it is higher, you win more and lose less.
Seems a bit backwards to me, but that is how it works.
