Teleporting to a tower is nerfed, but what about panning over and selecting a nearby minion???

teleporting to a minion in range of a tower should also be nerfed as it is teleporting to a tower. teleporting gives a minion invincibilty, and can be especially useful to block a CS your opponent is trying to take. This is in exchange for not being able to use the minimap to do so. Still you shouldn't use the minimap anyways because any champion icon will be able to block your selection of the tower on the minimap. if the enmy is attacking the tower this can potentially stall your teleport until you find a location on your minimap that will select your tower and not be above the enemy's icon. it can be done, but it severly limits the area you can click on.
