"Summoner View?"

After looking through the new SR on the League site, I think it would be cool to have the ability to zoom out all the way to see how the other lanes are doing as you walk back up to your lane, or it could help with landing long-range ultimates, like TF's teleport or Zigg's Mega Inferno Bomb. Plus it would be a bit safer to zoom out totally and look at the other lanes while you are walking back to where you need to be instead of clicking all over the map, because you would still be able to see yourself and how close you are to your destination. ("Summoner's View" was really all I could think of when i wrote this, any new names would be awesome)

EDIT: This would be a toggle thing: You are either viewing all/most of the map, or you are viewing the normal angle, not half-way in between
