for them to fix matchmaking?

matching people by team mmr has shown to not work half the time

4 bronze and a silver shouldnt be fighting 3 golds and a plat etc...

why is it so hard to comprehend matching individuals mmr and not the teams collective mmr? kinda like ranked where you get matched with people withing your league?

id wait a bit longer for a que rather than fight people a league or 2 above me while my teammates arent even 30 yet, or just newly 30 and feed a stupid amount of kills because they get to vrs a diamond?

Every game mode has separate MMR. This includes normals and ranked. If someone doesn't regularly play a game mode, their MMR there may not reflect their current skill level.

That's not how matchmaking works in ranked. It still uses hidden MMR, regardless of your shown ranking. See all those old posts (before Riot implemented promo skipping) about people officially in Bronze, but playing with/against Diamonds.
