Ranked ARAM, do it.

I have played about 1300 games of ARAM.

Sadly, many games are determined by which team is "more serious" about the game, as opposed to a genuine battle of skill.

I'd really like a ranked mode, with bans available (rip Sona, Lux, Ziggs) so I can stop getting teammates with obvious troll builds/actions who say "it's just ARAM."

Riot needs to implement this because I really don't give a fuck if I'm "toxic" to someone who is being an absolute dumbshit. If they want to troll, go play vs bots, but offending someone by telling them that they are fucking up is not as bad as them wasting 4 people's time because they think AD Karthus is a thing.

Nnnnoooooo. Not while Dominion sits unranked, and not when you ask it so rudely. How about an alternative? That, of course, after the main balance issues are sorted out. Rebalance champion select to be fair and protect against ARAM smurf accounts, and fix dodge penalties.

By fix dodge penalties I mean tack on MMR loss equal to a full lost game, remove automatic forgiveness after a day in favor of forgiveness over a number of completed games, and force the penalty to be applied against time actually logged in, not time you were busy over on your other smurf avoiding justice.
