Easy ARAM fix

If someone dodges in a lobby (you or someone else) then the next game you get the same champion you had before the dodge.

Too much potential for abuse, in several ways. Somebody with a good champ could dodge if they feel the rest of the comp is lacking, and be guaranteed that good champ again. Worse yet, a group of people could all queue separately until they get good champs, then dodge. All queue together and get to play with an all-star team. Beyond that, now the players with 'bad' champs will be begging those with the 'good' ones to dodge.

It also complicates matchmaking. The system now has to avoid putting players pre-assigned the same champion into the same game.

That, and I don't personally feel that dodging is really the biggest issue ARAM has at this moment. Probably because I lived through the old days of ARAM as a custom game on SR, where it was normal to sit through 8-12 dodges before a game started, sometimes going up into the 20s. The 3-5 max that I see now days really isn't a bother.

If you lock in the seed for all players then dodging doesn't help anyone on the team. This leaves only dodging because you don't like the team comp which already exists. Yes they would need to code for matching champions. but with the champ pool available it would not be a high enough occurrence to effect queue times.

Still has potential to be abused, but at least ARAM should be less toxic.
