like the title, maybe he is a dwarf considering he's a blacksmith but sharjo just told that he is a huge giant so my theories are

• he is the brother of because look at , he has the dwarf characteristics but the enlarge size of it (ex. just make a bug big like that and its just the same but larger) and Gragas has no new lore... maybe a revamp of gragas lore? making him into a myth like state too? look at janna. she became an elemental spirit .. so its not immpossible

• he is a brother of because they are both legends/myths and considering Orn has siblings says sharjo. Or the opposite, the one who was challenged by
