In my opinion I would include the following (in some order)
That's my opinion, visually. Then most heroes need VO updates, but that can come after visuals.
What I sort of wonder is what comes after that?
I mean the way this happened in the first place, was newer heroes looking better because of advancements, right? Wont it start all over again?

And some of these champions could use some game play updates that are Xin/Azir to Warwick level
Oh and Tahm Kench needs to get constant VO updates for new things in the game :^)

There are still alot of archetypes not represented in this game and I want to see them become reality.

You realize that a lot of the champions you listed already got visual updates? Nidalee, Singed, Twisted Fate etc

It doesn't matter if it was years ago, if they need a second visual update when they already got one then that means there is something seriously wrong with League of Legends structure in the first place because no other moba needs to update champion models and multiple times, not even Dota 1 which was made like more than a decade ago.

Look at for example.The guy got a gameplay update during the mage update in 2016.
Yet he is currently in the work for a full VGU,because said gameplay update was never supposed to replace his VGU,it was just something to improve him in the meantime.

Varus lore needs some clarity, as there's a lot of confusion for what he is now. Some are saying he is Darkin, some are saying his bow is the Darkin, and so on.. But in terms of visual update and even maybe gameplay update, I would like to also see a visual update to Varus'es particle effects to give a more blight like feel, if you get what I mean.
Also looking at the list of champions, I agree with all of them, in particular..

Varus has exactly the same visuals with the new champions it's crazy to even think that he needs a visual update

Well now his lore makes no sense, it's only 2 paragraphs, has no short story, has no note of Jinx or Zaun or anything at all besides Piltover and Heimerdinger.

Chembaron Yamada1 votesThen I don't really understand why you put Skarner, Malzahar and Janna in there. They are visually better than Rammus IMO and got kit updates recently as well.
Jackom11 votesSkarner's kit is way worse than Rammus's. He just needs to be remade from the ground up, like galio. Malzahar's as a clunky and one dimensional kit as well. Despite the texture update, he looks worse than rammus. Janna too has a bad model, and the mini-rework she just got is more to make her somewhat balanced, an looking at her win rate, it didn't actually improve the situation.
Rammus is in a way better spot than those three, he mainly needs a new VO and some new animation. The model isn't that bad right now, and kit holds up decently. He's not a balancing nightmare like the other guys. If I put rammus there i'd have had to put kassadin, shen and fiora too. Sure those three aren't the best in terms of balance, but don't look quite as bad as malz, skarner and janna. Nor are their kits as clunky and/or simple as those of janna/malz/skarner.
Chembaron Yamada1 votesI disagree and I get the feeling that the same goes for Riot, since Rammus is mentioned in the tier 1 list for VGUs, while Skarner, Janna and Malzahar aren't.
Skarner's kit has some problems, but so has Rammus, Rammus' main damage source comes from enemies attacking him, aka not knowing what to do against him. And Skarner's model is way more modern than Rammus'.
Malzahar's model is pretty modern as well, the biggest problem with his kit is his frustrating ultimate. He is a candidate for a VGU, but definitely not tier 1 material. Maybe even just a gameplay update.

Cetri1 votesVirtually every yordle has been left in Lore Limbo except for Poppy and Kled, though I think Kennen, Corki, Veigar, and Lulu deserve an update the most, since we have an idea of what Ziggs and Donger are up to and the others by comparison don't have severely outdated lore (and Tris has a short story, so there's that too).
