Demacia has better training and are stricter. Noxus leaves a ton of personal freedom.

meaning that there's the one Diamond in the rough that's better than 10 Demacian Soldiers. Noxus has the bigger numbers and the benefit of having a lot of freedom for their soldiers, making them able to truly show their own talent.

Hue, more like every Demacian Soldier is on par with or better than the best soldiers other nations can dish out. They got the best armor, weaponry, and training as well.

I think they might actually have two different kinds of flying cavalry, the "raptor knights" (as shown in the video) and the wyvern riders. Difference being wyverns are reptiles more closely related to dragons whereas the raptor shown in this video seems more like a large bird or griffin of some kind.
