Cool theory of the future lore of LeBLANC

LeBlanc is not a Name, it is a title, the one of the Leader of the Black Rose. The thingy on her forehead is not only jewelry, it has Magic abilities that alter ist owners appearance to that of "LeBlanc". So when the current LB is about to kick the bucket, she passes it on to the next one, taking her real looks again and the new Person Looks exactly like "LeBlanc". Short: The LB we have right now is a woman who wears a magical Piece of jewelry that creates the Illusion of her current look. This Thing gets passed by the leader of the black rose to the next one, who then takes the form of LeBlanc again. The Urgot line means he knew about this whole Tradition with the previous LeBlenc´s.
