I really love the Lunar Empress Lux skin, and the chromas. It's all so lovely and the particle effects are so pretty, imho.

And as much as I want to throw like $20ish at the chroma deal to get her Ruby chroma...well, that's $20 for a 1350 skin with like 5 chromas...when I could spend about $10 more and get Elementalist Lux.

Idk, is it worth paying that much for Lunar Empress when Elementalist has more to offer and is only a little bit more expensive?

That's really a personal preference. I personally think they're both worth the cost, but I might be a little biased ;). I will say that if you want the Ruby chroma, now is basically the only time you can get it (unless Riot ever brings it back again) as it's exclusive to the bundle, where as Elementalist will always be available.

Basically, if you want rarity, and eventually plan on buying more skins anyways, I'd say go with Lunar Empress, otherwise Elementalist has a lot more to it. From a purely financial aspect, Elementalist is a much better purchase in terms of value imo.

Honestly I'm the worst person to ask. I'd tell you to buy them both if that was an option xD.

Well I got both , and lately I've been playing only Lunar Empress , I'd advice you to save up for both xD both are worth I play the game in japanese , And Lux voice in Japanese is overwhelmingly cuuuuute , her voice in Elementalist is like a grown up woman , so playing the original Lux skin or Lunar Empress , makes you hear the original young girl's voice which is really cute , can't express it , you can hear it in the Elementalist in her Mystic form , that's for Japanese only , if you play it in english ,her voice is the same in all skins so I don't know what to suggest , both skins are amazing so choose , the grown up woman or the cute young girl*[sg-lux]*

As a Lux main it was a no brainer for me to buy both. Elemantalist and the Red Chroma Pack for Lunar. If I wasn't a Lux main there's no way in hell I would buy that chroma pack.

In both skins they are royalty too, in Elementalist, Lux is a Queen and in Lunar she is an Empress.

I also love Lux's original laugh which you don't get with Elementalist.

If I didn't already own the skin during this event, I'd go Elementalist. Mostly due to the fact that Empress Lux is pretty much a cheaper version of Elementalist, except in order to get different colors, you need to buy the chroma pack, especially if you want the red chroma. I've already ranted about that though, so not much else to say.

For you though, it all comes down to personal preference. If you really want to spend the extra 10 dollars for Elementalist, which again is probably the better deal, go for it. If you want the Empress skin and the chromas (through Riot's business practice and supporting that practice), then go ahead, I can't stop or control you.

It really all comes down to "do you want a cheaper skin with nice chromas or an expensive skin but with built in chromas, new voice lines, etc.?"

The good thing about elementalist is that it really never gets old since you have so many choices of forms and they all look absolutely gorgeous, it is probably the best skin made so far.

So if you were going to buy just one of them i'd defenitely buy elementalist, now if you're a lux fan and like having her skins etc then you could buy both i suppose, lunar empress does look great but its really hard to compete with the best skin the game.
