Are the Voodoo Lands gonna be fleshed out?

This is real old stuff, but Annie came from here originally, some weird place between Shurima and Icathia. As far as I know no other champion had anything to do with this place at all. Will this place be phased-out of the lore, at last, or will some now-homeless champions be moved here? Actually, Fiddlesticks could fit in with the whole voodoo-thing...Any thoughts? Any Reds wanna chime in?

Old Valoran map is going to be scrapped (see how Freljord map doesnt go with the old map) so assume that some locations will be scraped and or changed a lot.
