Where are the skin bios promised this patch?

Carnivalknights said there would be a lot of bios this pbe cycle to make up for the lack of them recently but it's almost over and there hasn't been anything :(

I uploaded them on Friday, so it'll take a little bit for our localization teams to translate everything before rollout.
