Riot August Hints that he's working on reworking a Female Champ (VGU Related Post)

So whats your thoughts about this. I'm predicting its akali or one of the sisters(Morg/Kayle) because these 3 females are in the tier 1 list of VGU's and now that irelia's out/ being work on, i'll assume one of these 3 will be next.

But my highest bet is on akali. Considering that he says that it is a she and not a they. And it'll be weird if they don't announce the sisters a duo update. Lastly, riot august and reav3 jokes about reworking an old champ into a vampire loli wielding a scythe. well, would it make sense that its akali? Yes, but not being a loli and a vampire. Because when you look at her weapons, she has these 2 mini scythes. That's just my theory. And if akali is next, i hope riot should consider making her more thicc and have her eyes become emerald. Making her the Green Eyed Ninja Demon.

Ok, since we're probably be getting 5 VGU's this year, I'm guessing these champions will get it. Swain Irelia(obviously)Pantheon Akali Mordekaiser

Holy shit. You and I, Killaburn- We've got the same mind: I've had the exact same arguments for why August is very possibly working on Akali since Reav3 announced him working on a VGU! SHE'S A VAMPIRE GIRL WITH SCYTHES. SORT OF.

I have a strong feeling that August is the perfect fit for the Akali VGU, as she's got things about her (both in theme and gameplay) that really remind me of his past champs- Especially Ekko- in their playstyles and playpatterns and so.

I'm really looking forward to this one!

And like you said, if not Akali, then possibly Morgana, with Wrekz potentially working on Kayle(?).

He could be working on one of the two angel sisters but not the other. Two teams for two sisters.

Likely is Irelia since she could fit in one of his x hits procs he loves so much.

And yes give akali back her green eyes. Sona needs her yellow eyes back too while we are at it.

They did say that two teams would be working on them, so you know it could it be one or the other that someone talks about.

Jinx was my favorite champion (got to the point where I exclusively played her, or dodged) from her release until I quit the game towards the middle of Season 4 (sometime after Braum released, but before Karthus VU). Vi has always been one of my favored fighters, her kit just works so well with me.

Color me hyped as fuck for whatever August comes up with for this mystery VGU.

I think it could be both on the one hand irelia or a new one, Reav3 noticed that there will be this year a 3rd VGU that did a champ last time(probaly Zoe's team). I think we have to wait until the next Roadmap that shoul be launched someday in Feb. after Swain hits the live-servers.

Probably Irelia, right? No other females have been announced. I don't think he's on Live gameplay, so it wouldn't be a low scope update, and it certainly couldn't be Kayle or Morgan's as they will be updated together.
