So I have a bunch of questions: I am not sure so i am asking, are there jarls or something like that in Freljord? Is war in Freljord similar to civil war in Skyrim where like half of Nords are Stormcloacks and the rest is pro-Imperial, and in Freljord there are Freljordians(?) who fight for Avarosa, some for Sejuani, I am not sure about people supporting Lissandra besides Frostguard tribe and those Clans try to convice jarls (if they exist), who are neutral at the moment to fight with them? What are Noxus and Demacia thinking about war in Freljord, maybe they are thinking about possibility to invade and easilly take lands while Freljordans are busy with fighting eachother, maybe they have their favourites leaders and are supporting them or they are simply neutral? What is the current situation of war, who is winning and who is loosing and how the political map of Freljord may look? I think its all for now. Sorry for my English :D

We will be looking at the freljord soonish i hope (well late summer).

Jarls? Kindof. (And all subject to change) Bit more complex than just thralls and jarls. Tribes are lead by a warmother each if which has: bloodkin, steelskins, claw leaders, sisters (a rank), icewalkers, thralls, and champions (forgot the name- but ussually several husbands who are the toughest bastards in tribe) Then allied shamans, lost tribe relatives, related clans etc..
Other people answered. 3 The political situation is complicated, as neither Demacia or Noxus want a strong neighbor-- so continous civil war is ideal for them.

I interpreted that as THEY will be looking into it late summer. Not necessarily them delivering it to us by late summer. I'm guessing Snowdown 2016. I could be wrong.

shrugs I dunno. I mean my first assumption upon seeing such a statement was that there might be a Freljord champion in the works to come out around late summer, probably being the third or fourth champion of the year. Could be anything really.

Freljord in the summer probably isn't that bad, unless you're like me and hate the sun, in which case you get days that are way too sodding long and nights that are way too sodding short.

Would it be accurate to say that Freljord is matriarchal? What about the Barbarian clans like Tryndamere's?

The Freljord is non-hereditary matriarchal. Barbarian tribes have various systems. Tryndamere's tribe was patriarchal.

Can you define matriarchal for us? What exactly does that entail?

Matriarchal means "ruled by women." Only a woman can lead a clan.

It also goes a bit further in that women in such a culture would dominate the highest positions of power. Basically the opposite of a patriarchy. An animal example is the Spotted Hyena.

For Spotted Hyenas, females are larger and more dominant than males in just about everything, and even the alpha male is surpassed in position by females of the lowest rank. The difference between this and Freljord tribes is that where as WaarghBobo has talked about the system there being non-hereditary that's not the case for Spotted Hyenas; the offspring of high ranking females our rank adults who are subordinate to that mother.

As far as I can gather its such that there are 3 tribes each run by a Queen of their own and they generally left each other alone until recently when Lissandra kicked the hornets nest so as to make way for her ancient masters' return.

Sejuani's tribe lives in the northern part of the land and its mostly tundra, no place to farm and its pretty s**t. Ashe's tribe lives more to the south and its more hospitable. Sejuani wants that land cause well... Its nice.
