New Runeterra map.

Do Riot have new version of map of Runeterra, and if they have it, can they show us the new map or something? (Sorry for my English)

It would be nice to have, and it should not reveal too much about upcoming plans Riot has in store for lore.

I do remember...I believe it was Jaredan (Sorry man if it wasn't you) talking about how they didn't want to put out a world map immediately because they didn't want to make the world feel too small, and would rather show the world gradually through smaller, regional maps first or through other means.

There are some things I'd like to garner from a world map, but I'm personally fine without it for now. Let's me spend time hypothesizing about Pantheon duking it out with void monsters.

While that statement is probably true. There is also the speculation that they still havent figured out the whole map of Runeterra, so thats why they are going this rout of releasing smaller chunks of it gradually. It would make sense since they want to make each region consistent with its surrounding areas, rather than having a bunch of different maps of the same place that look nothing a like (Like how it was with the old Runeterra, specifically Shadow Isles, that place has changed a lot from the initial map appearance).

Freljord, Bilgewater, Shadow Isles, and somewhat Shurima.

Can u send link i am looking for it but i cant find Bilgewater, Shurima and Shadow Isle about Freljord i knew and i seen it.

Sure, here you go:

First and foremost: Shurima. Keep in mind this isn't a geographically accurate map, but you can see the capital set in the centre. As far as I remember it's set so that the sun depicted represents direction; rising from the east, setting in the west, so the top of the map is north.

Next are the Blue Flame Isles and the Shadow Isles. Again not 100% accurate but that's more the island's place geographically more than the actual island arrangement in the archipelagos.

Finally some Shadow Isles concept art. This one depicts an area presumably obscured on the above map by the Shadow Isles crest, but it looks to be central in that island chain. (This one's a bit older so it's not 100% guaranteed to still be canon but I'm fairly positive it is.)
