I would really like Riot to update jungle monster on the TT, for example based on the some Shadow Isles concept arts, imagine having for wraiths something like this: http://imgur.com/254MxaO

lets wait in harrowing and specially eve's VGU. we might never know if we will get a shadow isles event this year and they may update the map.
That would require Riot to work on a non-SR map. I wouldn't hold my breath. (>_>)
Not enough people play it to justify such a large update.
I would like to see twisted treeline updated in general. Right now I don't feel it has enough of an identity to draw a significant portion of the player base consistently (and in the vicious cycle, receives little attention from Riot as a result). I would love to see the 3s map turned into something that offers a significantly different experience from 5s, instead of just feeling like pocket-sized SR. Hopefully, Riot will have something planned for it this harrowing. Fingers crossed.
when the new 3s map came out they did patches for the first few months. Meta hasn't changed in a long time

The Shadow Isles should be the setting of Dark Souls 4 with a younger version of Ruined King as the protagonist
