This skin seems weird as championship skins normally have a dark blue color scheme but this fits the victorious color scheme a lot more with the more gold and a bit of light blue

Eh im already gold 3 now. i personally found it much easier to climb the higher you get simply because it becomes less difficult to carry. Generally once you hit silver 2+ if one of your team is losing they have the common sense to sit back and farm for late and let themselves be carried. in lower elo any time they see a half hp enemy they will go in on it even if they are like 5/0 and 75 cs up. I have a harder time winning on my bronze smurf just because you have to actually work harder to carry than you do in gold+. I literally cant support in less than gold 4 because you have no idea what your adc is going to do most of the time. Legit i have like a 90% win rate in gold and a 65-70% win rate in silver. In gold i just abuse janna / nami ect with an ardent redemption and knights vow. Being a support main in lower elos is just cancerous.

I'd think that this would be more of a Victorious skin than a Championship skin, Championship skins are usually recognized by how deeply blue they are while championships can be recognized by some gold element added to it, while this skin as both, I feel like the gold and white aspects can override the deep blue ones so you don't get that championship feel that you would usually get from the other skins within the line. I mean cool skin though, I just don't think that the skin fits the line it's put under.

This is also in reference to this skin spotlight itself and the particles seen so far in the pre-release.

Its already coded by the name "championship" anyway. So that rules out that theory. Victorious skins are usually revealed in November

Just remember, Championship Skins come back yearly. So, you will always have a chance to grab a Championship Skin. (Those who buy the Championship Skin during it's initial release, might get a special loading screen border). Victorious Skins, however, are much rarer and is only rewarded to those who have reached Gold+ in any Ranked playlist.

Last year, the season ended early November (Nov. 7 to be exact). There is no way the victorious skin will be revealed for the first time in November because that's when the season will end and the Ranked Rewards will be released to the public.

During Season 6, the teaser trailer for Victorious Maokai was released on October 1 2016. So, we'll definitely get a teaser around early October 2017 and a full reveal mid October for Season 7 ranked rewards.
