I'm really not a fan of the cartoon-y style Riot's been adopting for their splash arts lately, but I'm glad this skin is finally becoming a thing :)

In my opinion, the splash art looks amazing. The splash art has this beautiful and yet creepy vibe to it and she is a giant version of Classic Nami which is even more awesome. Seriously, whoever made this art did an excellent work!
(Just to clarify...I find it creepy because I won't like to be in the position of the guy/lady in the splash art.)

The size of her in that splash is terrifying. Sort of Reminds me of the myth called the Ningen that "allegedly" lives off the coast of japan:
