Ekko's True Identity: A sadly flawed theory

With the addition of the new champion Ekko I noticed a particular quote towards Viktor.

"I hope your not me in the future"

While at first I blew this off as normal insults I realized something. Look at Viktor's Q and W. Now look at Ekko's Q and W. They seem eerily similar. Now hold on because it only gets better from there.

Ekko is a time "controlling" champion so it makes sense that he could possibly be from the far future. What supports this idea is his style of abilities and weapons. He is from Zaun, the clunky and robotic city yet all of his gadgets are extremely futuristic, shiny, and smooth. This doesn't seem like Zaun at all unless it's from Zaun's far future. So what does this mean? Ekko is Viktor as a kid. Don't worry, I have more evidence to support this so don't dismiss this seemingly silly idea just yet.

----- Why it's possible -----

Picture years from now from Viktors perspective. You finally achieved the Glorious Evolution.... But something feels wrong. It could be the impending loneliness of being the only "human" left, or something along the lines of war/malfunctions may have you in a tough position. By now you have perfected your old technology. Your power transfer (q) is now much more effective along with your gravity field (w) and you even have the technology to travel time/dimensions. After you realize your predicament you go back, but you obviously can't take your robotic arm or chaos storm device since they are attached to your robotic suit. So what do you do? You take the technology used in your arm to make it sentient and put it into a hologram like device "Ekko's e, w, and r". You go back but (either something goes wrong or it's another "dimension") and your future self is still here. Ekko is in fact the machine herald himself Viktor. They both are scientists capable of incredible feats, were born and raised in Zaun. Ekko is an "orphan" because he basically came to this dimension as a different person without actually having parents at all.

------ Problems ------

Two problems lie in this theory. Viktors hair color and accent. However hair color is answered by the simple dye and color changing over time. Remember Viktor before the rework? He had a single strand of white hair clearly visible on his head. As for his accent, since there is no "Russia" in LoL his accent could just be a common Zaunite trait and either have yet to develop or made by his robotic modulator.

And then you realize the only thing that kills this entire theory is his prototype skin. Showing that he is white. GG Lustboy what would you do?
