Are Brands pants fireproof?

EDIT: I really would like a red answer this question. If Brands pants are fireproof, where did he get them? Did Kegan Rodhe wear fireproof pants when he encountered Brand? Why? Did Brand buy fireproof pants after possessing Kegan? Why? Is Brand concerned about being naked? I mean, come on! He is a centuries old spirit of vengeance (you know, that club Kalista recently joined in), but that's a must-do for him?

Of course I understand that there can't be a naked guy on fire run through the rift, but a little explanation would be wonderful.
