First of all, 
in remembrance of the League of Legends, which provided a place for these kinds of meetings to happen.
I randomly threw a scene of Vi and Olaf getting drunk and playing some kind of Freljordian/Winter's Claw "punch each other between drinks" game into the new Factions sign-up page. (I imagine that if someone asked Olaf what that game was called among the tribes of the Winter's Claw, he'd answer, "We call it 'drinking'!") I'm not sure if they'd be best friends forever, but somehow, I can see them having a grand old time resulting in property damage and severe chastisement from Caitlyn.

is certainly one that I think has interesting mileage. Two of the more down to earth and open-minded representatives of their city-states who were both driven by dreams of greatness and prefer a simple life to the excesses of their place of origin.

I don't exactly think it's in his nature, but I can see Xin making a quiet suggestion for a modest Demacian contribution to Alistar's charity work and efforts to bring Noxian offences to light and help those who have lived through them.
While their natures would prevent them from being true friends, I think

would find that their have a great deal in common and appreciate an opportunity to spend time in the company the rare individual who truly understands what it means to bury your true face behind layer after layer of deception.

strike me as a pair who, clashing egos aside, would recognise the other as a being a generally cool and laid back guy.

Kinda hard seeing any of these champs not get along. They're all such big sweethearts.
I've always imagined

could potentially be good friends. A yin and yang of personality that mesh well together.
they would all have a contest of who is the smartest champion

would make great drinking buddies. Both cynical and with a dark outlook on life. It'd be cool to listen to them trade stories in a bar about who has it worse.
