Oh, hello, Giygas. How did you get here?
Now, I know it is rather inconsequential, but I really love the reference to Giygas in Blood Moon Thresh's abilities. It is only fitting the League's embodiment of fear and paranoia display the mind-bending aesthetics of videogame history's most disturbing villain in a game rated K-A.

Even though I don't own Thresh, I'd say it's probably your best bet, as long as Championship thresh is unavailable; your other option is underwater thresh, and comparing that to "Evil spirit what cloaks his allies in a shield of blood', well... it's up to you in the long run

Siachi2 votesI think their explanation for Kalista getting the skin was "Her story was or known throughout the world, so it's very likely in one of the Blood Moon plays that she, or someone based on her, appears as a character".
So maybe there's a similar theme with Thresh getting it?
