Would a grand vizier/high inquisitor archetype be a good addition to League?

I feel like despite the wide range of tropes League takes inspiration from, we still haven't seen the untrustworthy second in command to the ruler. Swain resembles the classic one, but he is the ruler so he kind of doesn't count. LeBlanc could even serve as one for him I suppose. Could Vlad also be turned into one in a lore rework?

A Demacian one would be very interesting, considering the amount of traditionally "good" characters from that region. With the introduction of a secret cabal running Ionia that employs people like Jhin, some kind of shady vizier would fit that area very well. Any ideas from you guys?
