[Suggestion] Mark Skins

I don't know if it's been suggested before so here I go. Much as I wanted Mark (snowball) to go away, it's not. I even started using it. Snowballs are pretty boring though. So why not skins? We have skins for wards, skins for champs and chroma packs. It would be fun to throw... a fireball or dark energy. Maybe even muffin or a banana (think Soraka). In addition to Riot being able to monetize this idea, it would be pretty fun IMO.
