Zilean honestly only needs a VU and he'd be set for a very long time.

Of course lore, VO, and VU would be the best package, but he REALLY looks bad in game. Just a model change would do wonders. If I showed Zilean to a new player, they'd probably think League models suck.

He definetly needs a gameplay update as well. His time bombs are his only damage spell,so their damage is op in the early game,but fall off late game.
