A lot of champions that have been reworked got amazing new splash arts, so what about ~~Taric~~, Fiora, and Sion?

Taric did get all new splashes for all the skins I know of.

All of Taric's splashes were updated with his update. Sion's splashes are to be the next set (should be fairly soon) and Fiora is also in the works since they only plan on updating two of them that they feel aren't the right quality.

After Sion and Fiora, they've stated that Twitch, Karma, and Sivir will be fairly close behind. They intend to get all of the reworked champs updated before they work on other splashes.
