Champion Select Connection (And General Client)

Hello,

For a lot of my games, and this has been going on for a few weeks now, the client would stop responding even though my internet connection is just fine. Loading into the general client is taking a little bit longer than last year and in champion select, everything is plainly becoming unresponsive. For a couple of days per week I'm getting 30 minute queue dodge timers and it's growing pretty tiresome now.
