New Ryze Model and Animations

So I haven't been playing League a whole lot lately due primarily to the Dynamic Queue changes (but we won't go into that here) so it was only the other day I saw the new Ryze and let me tell you: I was disgusted! Here are my feelings:

• After reading up on the new kit, I felt ok with it, and it seems to have OK feedback aside from being possibly overtuned on the damage side of things.
• The new model itself doesn't look half bad, aside from feeling a little too lanky.
• I kinda dislike that they removed the book he carried under the one arm. It was pretty iconic for Ryze imo.
• The animations.... What on earth? His walk looks SO BAD! He looks like a total derp when he walks!
• More animations... I think his auto attack and spell animations look rather silly as well...

I don't know if I'm just crazy, but is anyone else sharing any of these opinions? I literally could not help but chuckle to myself watching him walk around when I was laning against him because he looked so ridiculous.
