As of right now; thanks to the slew of new and improved splash arts, Rammus
has one of the oldest, ugliest and most outdated splashes in the game. Rammus gets put on the shelf and Tristana gets TWO awesome splash arts, mere weeks apart. Tristana is awesome and all and I know she has recently underwent a VO meriting the new splash, but could we show every league players favorite turtle some love?

In all seriousness though, yes his art needs an update. He also has no laugh emote- not even a chuckle.
Yeah,they slowed down with the splash art updates recently (since the patch with the Maokai update). Maybe some more would come out in the coming weeks.
