If they could just take Pantheon as he looks now and make him look proportioned like a real human and maybe smooth out some edges and particles, that'd be great.
Morgana is in a desperate need of one, more so than any of the others. Her thigh clips through her dress when she walks - that's something that shouldn't have been allowed even years ago when they're quality was lower.

Agreed on Teemo. In the splash art, if I could compare him to human growth, he looks like he's a slim 20 and so year old yordle.
But in game, he looks like "a fat potato", according to my friend.
Also, maybe 
needs a VU? Don't think he had even the slightest change on his classic skin.
