It's Malphite, she is a beautiful maiden now.

I don't know that it's a new champion, but it could be related to Wukongs eventual updated lore. Perhaps the stone Wukong came from now originates from a mage that went into hiding. Of course none of those are exact, but just slightly off so it's likely to be the same with that one.
