Tryndamere brought this up randomly in July.

WHEN are we going to here more about it? It was in August I think or so when the big ret con happened, and Trynda never dropped any hints on that.

But what I am wondering are what role the Rune Wars take in the retcon, since they were a driving factor for the Institute of War existing.

I am really interested in this. Maybe there will be an event in their discover, and they become a fresh source of conflict as a valuable resource. I know old lore dealt with this a bit, with nexi being sources of magical power.

I remember this! Are we sure this was actually Tryndamere, though? When he was asked about the lore retcon, he seemed sort of out of the loop about it in that AMA, and I find it weird his name isn't "RiotTryndamere", like it is when he posts on the forums.
