It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, no new lines added to show that these champions are enemies, there is just nothing there to prove that anyone in the game is enemies with another except lucian, zed, and sion.
The whole "unique lines to rivals" thing is a relatively recent thing. A lot of champs don't have them, even some who were VU'd don't have them (like Kat and Ashe).
I agree there should be more lines--they're cool!--but Riot probably won't call in a voice actor for a couple of lines. Kind of a waste of time and money.
Here's a question for Riot that is sort of semi-related.
Lucian must have been in development when Thresh was released. Is there a reason Thresh doesn't have any lines to go with Lucian? Is it because you didn't want us digging through game files to find references to an unreleased champion? Perhaps because of the chance of the champion being cancelled or ruining the surprise? Would it not be possible to hold on to some files and release them with the relevant champion?
I doubt a red will see this, but I am just curious.
