Veigar visual rework

Ever since I've been playing League of Legends, Veigar was the champion I instantly connected very well with, both in casual as well as ranked games. But as games went on, there was just one thing really itching me... Veigar really, really looks old! And I don't mean that as in age, I mean more as in; He has very few lines, he doesn't have special interactions, his skins are low-poly, and even his ability effects are low-poly (Of course, I'm not talking about the Final Boss Veigar + OS Veigar, those skins came much later.). What's also bothering me is that ALL (but one) his skins have the exact same voice, same voice-lines.

I would really love to see this old-school champion get a rework. Preferably visual, as I can't exactly complain about his gameplay style against other champions (Though, I keep seeing more and more champions that can easily exploit how his E works, but I digress.)

Unfortunately, only a handful of players care about Veigar. Any time updates are brought up, he is consistently left out of the conversation, not even mentioned.

Well if Ezreals VGU is well received they'll continue to make some VGUs that are mainly VUs with just some small gameplay tweaks and I imagine that Veigar could get one of these.
