Was thinking of also doing some champion judgements for champions that don't have them in their lore.

I have created a google doc to document ideas and discuss them before writing a story. Any story writer must consult/comment on this. (The boards automatically does something stupid with any google doc link, so I'll put it in without the http part. With the start of the Shurima event, we should try to find a way to fit in the old lore with the event, and possibly connect Nasus's dimention to Shurima.

As the creator of this project, I will be a big contributor to the foundation of this universe. I hope to craft what Riot hasn't gone into, in a way where all the other ideas can stand with some backbone.

As part of my commitment to the lore of League of Legends, I announce the signup thread for the Lore Restoration Project!

To Restore to the League of Legends lore that has been abandoned by the people who made it, The Lore Restoration Project is a way to finally get the lore that we, the community, deserve in full. Ever wanted to know what happened to talon, the relation of the watchers to Lissandra and how Anivia relates to all this, join the LRP, or at least support it so our community can do what Riot hasn't done.

This signup thread should be used to figure out who is willing to write lore, and what they are going to write about. If you would like to sign up, please post in this thread or contact me in game.

Reminder: Players who are working with each other on the same area of lore, or are going to write lore that ties in with another area should contact the players responsible for those areas.

To make this more organized, please specify a part of lore for you area/champion that you would like to write for. With the need for more people, you may sign up for as many as you want.

For now, the basic idea of the LRP is to add depth to champions and such. Proggresive lore should be something done with only the main ideas that riot's lore has given us from before, such as Diana's trying to restore the Lunari.

~ While this thread is generally for writing lore, Comics, or any other idea for bringing lore back to the community is appreciated, and can be considered part of the LRP~

Please include before the title of the post, LRP to make it easy to search up.

But I would love to be a part of this, League lore has always intrigued me and I'd be happy to be a part of it. Rengar is my favorite champion - Writing about him, his hunts, and his relationships with Gnar and Nidalee would be avenues I'd love to explore.

I'd also be happy to help out for Zaun, specifically, the relationship between Twitch and Zac. Targon is another place that interested me, and I'd love to be a part of any discussions about it.

So I completely forgot I signed up for this. Wow I feel horrible.

Now I have a question: where would Kayle fit in? Personally working onnher and her homeworld would be ideal, as it can help avoif any discrepencies. After brushing up on the JoJ I can see about continuing with Demacia.

Also if I could also work on Ahri. I have headcannon yes but some interactions between them due to Kayle's position in the League and Ahri's old tendency to suck life essence from people would be an interesting situation.

I shall see whats been done and it'll prolly give me some inspiration!

I think her home-world is a great way to start. Yes you can also work on ahri; I'll sign you up right now! Edit: Also, don't need to feel horrible! Everyone else forgot too! Even Pluto Nash I think.

Okay so, it's been awhile! In the four days that I've been silent and in a tense back and forth with Riot in another thread, I've finished three parts of my Kayle Prologue, detailing the war between Kayle's forces of Justice and Morgana's rebels, who seek to overthrow the so called 'tyranny' that Kayle stood for. It's not easy you know - Riot gave me nothing on Kayle's world beyond the centuries of war and that Kayle nearly won. So, I've had to imagine a full world. I've had to go through and create an entire world of war, cities and mountains, passes and factions. I've had to use creative freedom with what I have, and so far I have Kayle's Trilogy:

The Fall of Reykavi - Beginning after the fall of the city of Reykavi, Kayle must bolster her lines while she plans to lead a force of angels through the treacherous Icerise Pass, in a desperate attempt to turn the tide of the war by retaking the lost capital of Voelkerius, and drive Morgana and her rebels to the Eastern Fortress of Orthrys.

The Sorrowful Battlefied - The mission is set. With her closest comrade Elysia on her wing and a force thirty strong, Kayle leads them alone through Icerise. But not all plans will work, and this battlefield of ice will be stained with sorrow and loss. Sometimes the greatest lost is the greatest motivation.

Sunrise - Flying towards Voelkerius, Kayle slaughters the Fallen in her path with merciless Justice...or is it merciless? Alone she flies, memories assaulting her as she goes. As her tears become final, Kayle is hardned into the warrior the League will come to know her as today. What comes next is anyone's guess. But what the rebellious Nightshade faction knows, is that justice comes on swift wings.

Factions and Major Cities: I've had to make up so much, so I decided to name Kayle and morgana's sides. I'll be happy to change Morgana's side if someone writes for them.

The Lightsworn Kayle's faction, the Lightsworn are based around Justice. While ugly, it must be upheld. Led by the Generals, Kayle is merely the leader of the army, but remains one of the strongest fighters of the world. The Lightsworn have been ousted from the Capital city for centuries, and maintain their goverment in the city of Circe, beyond the Wingsbreath Mountain Range, far from Morgana's fortress of Orthrys.

The Nightshade Rebels led by Morgana, they struck hard and fast during First Strike, taking the capital of Voelkerius. With the fortress of Orthrys as her rear command, Morgana commands her rebels against the Lightsworn from Voelkerius.

Voelkerius A massive city with seven spires surrounding the central spire of goverment, Voelkerius was lost the first day of the war. Centuries the war has raged, and the Lightsworn are finally ready to attempt a retake operation.

The Citadel of Arrenhold Kayle's base of operations and the guardian of Saint's Pass to Circe, Arrenhold is the last line of defense if the city of Icarios falls to the Nightshade.

The Mountain Fortress of Orthrys Situated in a mountain 'bowl' of sorts, Orthrys is the rebel stronghold and where the Nightshade began. If Voelkerius falls, Orthrys is next.

I hope you all enjoy what I've done - Hopefully I don't come off as "Other M" ing Kayle :S I'll be posting The sorrowful battlefield tomorrow, and Sunrise when finish it - my strength lies in the climax of a story, so expect sunrise to far outshine The Fall of Reykavi.
