A Jarvan skin! Seems like you don't care about skins for champs that aren't in LCS or with a 30% pickrate. So, how about a new Jarvan skin? Been since 2014 and he's popular, but the 2014 part doesn't matter. I'd say make a Swain skin instead since it's been five years but you guys don't care!
And what about the urgot skin hinted at in the background of elf teemo? I understand that skins are released for popular champs or champs that need some lovin' but the champs who are used sometimes but not spammed get tossed away. It is quite sad.

They won't make a Swain skin until some time after his VGU that's currently in production. Jarvan himself is also in need of a visual update/modernization of his model, but that won't be for a couple years or more.
