I think the rework is amazing, though I'm surprised at another Zhonya type ult. League of Zhonya's?
His ability, Bastion, is amazing though. Like really amazing. It makes his quite basic kit tons more interesting. I literally whistled when I saw it.
Also, regarding the kit; it still has a very Taric feel to him, which I consider great.

he seems heavily inspired by aphrodite from smite, pair up with a lane partner or partner for igths and use abilities that proc off him and his partner? just like aphrodites kiss - back off. Its not taken to the extreme like i expected tho, like it only works with 2 of his abilities and hte other 2 are very for himself and yall better react to it.
I'm a bit dissapointed about the lack of aura / armor giving options and the loss of full AP Taric. Seems this new Taric is entirely defensive, unless there's some ridiculous scaling on his passive, and judging by the look of his E (which is the weakest looking charged ability I've ever seen/heard) it won't deal much damage.
As for the ult, seems the delay is Ekko's W levels of long, which means it'll usually end up wasted, Wondering about the cooldown of it.
