.. Doesn't really look like Karma but skins don't have to so i'll give it a pass. Still not a 1350 RP skin though. Hope it becomes a 975 instead.

It's the new, frosty SFX that make it 1350 RP. I don't really see a price reduction happening.

No. It's not at a 1350 level with a W and W+R hardly changed. The actual snare graphic is her default one. Riot needs to take the animations a bit further to make it a 1350 skin.

Features: new model, new texture, new splash image, new animations, new visual effects, new sounds. Sometimes includes: processed voice overs.

It contains all of these, so I say it merits the 1350 just fine.

I think the reason she looked different is because it's very... Disney-esque. She's very animated with personality compared to her other splash arts.

I haven't seen this but I've often wondered if they would do more racially diversed humans. Not in anyway implying riot doesn't like other races. Just Lucian is the only human of color. I'd like to see more like this
