) and lore wise, almost all of them are League related, so that needs change, other then the fact that some need more info on who they are ( Why is the way she is, all friendly with everyone, is she just really fun or is she crazy ? And could also use a lot more explaining on why he is the cutest evil in all of valoran, I think we could do much better then "Noxus drove him mad" ).

And you are right that the vast majority of yordles are closely tied to the League of Legends and the Institute of War, leaving many with lacking lore thanks to recent changes. We must know more about them.

Veigar's must be THE threat to the removal of the IoW. What if he was the one who destroyed it therefore forcing Rito to remove lore completely?

Admittedly, I was also rather peeved he did not receive a login screen, though I attributed that to the fact Arcade skins seem to be marketed as a whole, hence the group theme with Riot's Arcade event. I would say he is lacking in comparison to some legendaries, but there are others even worse off, such as Gentleman Cho'Gath or Demonblade Tryndamere.

Yordles in general have very little information about them outside their individual personalities. We next to nothing about Bandle City, yordle culture, or even location since Riot is actively restructuring Runeterra. It could be argued that Veigar's character and backstory could apply to any champion, but I feel his particular instance of isolation-induced insanity is something wholly unique to yordles.

I firmly adhere to the belief that Veigar is not Tahm Kench's rival, like most yordles, because the river demon already got what he wanted from Veigar; he wanted to see the world, and Tahm gave him that, the freedom to see Runeterra as a traveling merchant. The cost was years confined to a Noxian prison as the solitude slowly tore his mind apart. Veigar received what he desired, at the price of Tahm feeding on his misery over the length of his stay in Noxus. Now Veigar spreads suffering and terror wherever he goes in his bid for world domination, which serves to sate Tahm's particular appetite. They are not friends, since Veigar has no idea his actions benefit Tahm, but neither can they be called rivals.
