Why are people saying Aatrox sounds Russian?

I think he sounds Spanish. Kinda like a conquistador-like theme seeing how Darkin were originally invaders and conquerors. I think it fits his theme and is something that I look forward to hearing. He reminded me of Captain Salazar from the clip above, really. What with the accent, his seriousness mixed in with humor. I know it's nothing like old Aatrox, but I think he fulfills what Aatrox is made out to be in the League universe far better than the quiet duelist type fighter-voice he currently has.
