I think it's teasing 3 champions, dont they usually come out with 3 at a time? The top of that temple thing looks an eye, so Vel'Koz. The lantern probably resembles Jax, and the gun will be Jhinn. So it's probably Jax, Jhinn, and Vel'Koz coming out with blood moon skins.
