We talking gemstone rarity? 10x gemstone to earn hextech skin rarity? Legendary skin in hextech crafting rarity? 1/~760 skins rarity? Key fragment rarity ;) ?

Speaking honestly, from one developer to a Twitch main, will I have a better chance at making challenger this year or will I actually be able to get the gem of the Twitch skin collection in a reasonable amount of time (I'd rate that at maybe 1 years worth of honor capsules or less)?

Well, I don't know the odds, but my friend and I both got medieval twitch on our first honor capsule. So it's either pretty low, or we're super lucky.

I have gotten 3 capsules i think. In those 3 I got both skins. So it really seems they are pretty common to get in the capsules then.

well shit they are as common ass key fragments from what it looks like. i think riot underestimated the honors system.. i think they thought not enough ppl would get em but almost every body is gettin em from what it looks like its just a mattar of time. the skin isnt rare yet another rare skin that is killed by riot. i think the only ones that are safe are the ones the retail games like silver kayle black alistar judgement kayle and the victorious line
