For me its Neon Strike/demon Vi, we need some of this and chemtech tryndamere. Another is the sakura skin line, imperial skin line and dreadknight/full metal/forsaken skin line.
Speaking of skinlines; I wish commando and crimson elite will come back plus some gemstone skins ( Bloodstone skarner lol)
BTW, What stand alone skinline do you want to return?
Ravenborn. So many champions who could fit the theme, but LeBlanc is the only with it atm.
From your list, Neon Strike, and then Sakura.
Popstar, Mythic, Candy, and Sewn Chaos are some of their lines I want to see expanded as well.
For me, the most interesting skinlines to expand would be:
Death Blossom: Like kha'zix's, a deadly flower
Runeborn: like Xerath, a creature made of allmighty runic power
God: but not as god of fist Lee, but of other ways of fighting or weapons
Arclight: more warriors bathed in light
Blood Lord: similar to Vladimir's more champion with the blood theme
Cosmic: like Yi and Kassaddin's, full of stars and a celestial look
Sandstorm: like Ekko's, a traveler of the desert full of magic
Voidborn: there are too many champions that could look great as Voidborns

I'd like to see more demon skins mostly, or add angel/angelic skins. Or even both.
If we get more crimson elite then they better make more females with bubble butts like Riven.
I say Runeguard. I might be the only person who enjoys that Volibear skin.
I'd like to see these:
Demon Blade: A skin that shows the evil and corrupted version of a champion. Someone like Riven, Yas, Talon would be amazing
Grave lord: I think the whole idea of the skin line is pretty sick. Give it to someone like Yorik, Zara, anyone who has minions or spawns things.
Underworld: honestly underworld tf is one of the better skins I've seen for the champion and giving the skin line to someone like Vel would be amazing. The whole look of it is so wonderful
God: the God Fist Lee skin is amazing and beautiful. But, what about God Claw Kha, God Sword Tryndamere, God Gun Jinx, etc.
